We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our EngageOne line of business. As a key member of our team, you will help bring emerging technologies together into an enterprise-class solution set for our clients. You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automated Infrastructure Management: Design, develop, and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Cloud Environment Management: Manage AWS environments, including Fargate, ECS containers, and security configurations.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Build and optimize GitLab pipelines to streamline CI/CD processes.
  • Application Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve application performance in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Cloud Architecture: Maintain a robust and secure cloud architecture in alignment with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • DevOps Experience: 4+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
  • CLOUD Services: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Security Groups).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly in GitLab.
  • Container Orchestration: Experience with container orchestration tools like AWS Fargate and Docker.
  • Networking and Security: Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
