About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Security Incident Analyst at Capgemini. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within global security.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails.
  • Monitor and handle risk incidents.
  • Approve travel bookings and ensure compliance with travel security protocols.
  • Manage global events and sensitive processes.
  • Ensure smooth workflow, reporting any discrepancies or issues to senior team members.
  • Assist in improvement or delivery projects.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations during client calls.
  • Support the GS in different service delivery projects.
  • Work in a follow-the-sun security incident management model, ensuring smooth handover and takeover to maintain continuity in the IM process.
  • Be ready to work in a 24/7 security incident management mode during exceptional Business Continuity Management (BCM) situations.
  • Manage tickets using the incident management tool.
About You
  • You are well-organized, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You respect confidentiality.
  • You have high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You possess strong written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have analytical skills – the ability to assess situations and propose solutions.
  • You have a strong interest in global affairs, including political and geopolitical topics.
  • Studies in fields related to international relations, political science, or security studies will be an asset.
