Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Security and Education Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security measures to safeguard ABB's global operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project-based activities and providing expert guidance to stakeholders and targeted audiences.
  2. Managing service operations related to the program, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining service excellence.
  3. Planning and implementing awareness and training campaigns to educate employees on security best practices.
  4. Seeking innovative solutions to enhance the security posture of ABB.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective security measures to safeguard ABB's global operations.
  • Manage project-based activities and provide expert guidance to stakeholders and targeted audiences.
  • Manage service operations related to the program, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining service excellence.
  • Plan and implement awareness and training campaigns to educate employees on security best practices.
  • Seek innovative solutions to enhance the security posture of ABB.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in security awareness, risk-related trainings, or compliance-driven learning experiences.
  • Proven track record in managing global service or projects in security awareness, learning, e-learning, or communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in verbal English is required; excellent English-writing skills are essential.
  • Security certifications are a plus.
