About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded professional to join our team as a Global Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer bases. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects.

In this role, you will build and manage your own sales team, with a focus on growing our global business unit. You will work closely with our recruitment department to manage recruitment processes, both internally and externally, and maintain strong relationships with technical consultants within your business unit.

Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the development and implementation of our business strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.
