As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our rotating equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Commissioning new installations, servicing, inspecting, and fault-finding of existing equipment, primarily high-speed separators and decanters.
  • Ensuring all used equipment meets the required certification standards, including lifting gear, electrical equipment, and tooling.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meeting service team goals in areas such as job report submissions and timesheet accuracy.
  • Providing technical support to our customers.
  • Performing equipment inspections and audits, promoting preventative maintenance, and utilizing product knowledge to develop Service sales.
  • Delivering hands-on or classroom-based training to customers and sales channels.
  • Participating in equipment testing and demonstration efforts by providing mechanical and process support.

Your profile should include:

  • A strong background in Mechanical or Electrical process maintenance.
  • Experience gained in production environments or similar field-based roles.
  • Process knowledge in the food processing or similar industry would be beneficial.
  • A Bachelor’s Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of technical and/or field service experience in Mechanical, Electrical, heat transfer, and/or rotating machinery.
  • Flexibility to travel within the country and surrounding countries, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good command of English and Polish.
  • A valid B driving license.
  • Nice to have: UDT and SEP licenses.
