We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
In this role, you will demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identify improvement opportunities. Your strong communication and customer service skills will enable you to provide a customer-focused service towards the client.
You may supervise Junior Analysts in process-related areas, as outlined by the Team Leader. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in reviewing PRs for compliance, releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval, amending or closing Purchase Orders.
To succeed in this role, you will need upper-intermediate English and German language skills (B2). Previous experience in Operational Procurement is also required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, is essential, and SAP knowledge will be an asset.
