In this position, you'll play a vital part in supporting the operations of our MSP/VMS program at client locations. Using tools like AgileOne's AccelerationVMS and other procurement systems, you'll ensure smooth processes for sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding external services. You'll also maintain system accuracy, manage RFx activities, and assist with administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients, suppliers, and contingent workers, you'll help drive the success of our program while contributing to AgileOne's reputation for professionalism.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage tactical buying and RFx activities, including drafting RFx documents and preparing supplier comparisons.
  • Support procurement processes like Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and category management in line with client policies.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with MSP and client standards while driving cost-effective, time-efficient purchasing solutions.
  • Utilize eProcurement tools, including eAuctions and VMS systems, to streamline procurement operations.
  • Oversee contract management for temp labor, independent contractors, and SOWs, ensuring alignment with SLAs.
  • Coordinate onboarding, approvals, and requisitions while maintaining accurate system data in VMS.
  • Provide training to clients and suppliers on VMS tools and processes, ensuring proper system setup and usage.
  • Monitor and resolve billing, invoicing, and timecard approval issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely reporting and documentation for audits, compliance, and legal purposes.
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance program efficiency.

Our requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tactical or Operational Buyer, with strong procurement expertise.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement.
  • Solid business acumen; MSP industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws, especially in the EMEA region, is an adventage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients, managers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business documents and governmental regulations.
  • Experience in generating reports, writing business correspondence, and creating procedural manuals.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
