About Coberon

Coberon is an international organization with a well-established market position in the packaging industry.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in an international trading company, preferably in a packaging environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring goods are purchased in a timely, cost-efficient, and compliant manner by monitoring and checking compliance with agreements made by and with suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Requesting and comparing quotations and conducting price negotiations with existing suppliers.
  • Keeping master files up-to-date to monitor stock positions and min/max levels.
  • Supporting the Purchase manager in optimizing purchase activities efficiently.
  • Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and resolving any errors in shipments with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an international trading company, preferably in a packaging environment.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Skills: analytical, negotiator, accurate, very good communication.
  • Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
  • Communicative knowledge of English, spoken and written (Other EU languages include a plus).
  • Driving license (category B).
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
