Procedure Analyst

Citi is seeking a skilled Procedure Analyst to join our team in Olsztyn, Poland. As a key member of the ISG Operations Change Management & Governance (OCMG) Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing procedures that drive business efficiency and compliance.

• Develop and maintain procedures for various business functions, ensuring they are clear, concise, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.
• Conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of changes on business processes and procedures.
• Support the development of training programs to ensure employees understand and can implement procedures effectively.
• Monitor and report on procedure compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, procedure development, or change management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects with various stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in technical writing, project, or change management is preferred.
