Procedure Analyst

The ISG Operations Change Management & Governance (OCMG) Team within Citi's Information Services Group (ISG) organization is responsible for regulatory change management and operational readiness support for various functions. We are looking for a skilled Procedure Analyst to contribute to the development of a globalized, centralized, and standardized framework for change management.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technical writing, procedure development, or change management experience, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for capturing procedures, conducting process and procedure impact assessments, and supporting Change Management Specialists in meeting regulatory compliance and governance guidelines.

As a Procedure Analyst, you will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure on-time implementation of procedures. You will also be responsible for driving procedure enhancement and simplification initiatives to gain process efficiency, quality improvements, and user friendliness.

Key qualifications include:

• 2+ years of technical writing, procedure development, or change management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to navigate changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
