Commercial Finance Analyst

Mondelēz International is a leader in the snack food industry, committed to making snacking more enjoyable and sustainable.

We're looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to support our Commercial Finance Manager with analysis, reporting, and planning focusing on Net Revenue, Gross-to-Net spending, and margins.

About the Role:
  • Assist in delivering overall objectives and ensure integrity and timeliness of systems, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for data collection to prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions, and share recommendations.
  • Manage third-party service provider during month closing and rolling forecasts planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to high-performing Finance team from day one.
  2. Execute revenue aspects of finance planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning/monthly Rolling Forecast, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, and financial modelling to support business decisions.
  3. Run financial modelling by clients/products and provide decision support for a focused scope within a country sales team to support the region.
  4. Analyze large amounts of data; advanced formulas, graphs, and charts are required; coordinate reviews such as Month End and Operational Reviews.
  5. Execute data collection and data integrity checks to cover the monthly closing process and monthly rolling forecasts.
  6. Support organization in promo optimization process by clients/segments.
  7. Develop Revenue Growth Management agenda together with Sales Team, based on gained experience.
  8. Support projects to improve efficiencies and embrace mindset of continuous improvement.
  9. Contribute to strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with policies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate desire to drive future and accelerate career.
  • Technical expertise in financial planning and analysis, including data collection/analysis, planning, and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions.
  • Business acumen and understanding of consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in regional/local business.
  • Leadership skills, including experience with business partnering and communication skills within larger team.
  • Growth/digital mindset and ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with values and policies and external regulations.
About This Role:

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Category Planning, and Demand Planning, to analyze customer/product data.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
  • Minimum 4-5 years in Finance.
  • Experience in budgeting and monitoring.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)/Tableau/SAP Analytics Cloud environment.
  • SAP HANA environment knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Full proficiency in Polish and fluent English.
