Revenue Growth Manager

The main objective of the role is the maximization of PepsiCo Poland Net Revenue, Net Revenue Realisation, Profit and Market Shares for Snacks category through defining holistic RGM strategies and seeing them through execution.
Revenue Manager will play a leading role in driving RGM agenda and providing strategic guidance to the holistic commercial agenda in close cooperation with the commercial, marketing, insights and finance teams.

What are your daily tasks?
- You are leading Revenue Growth Management strategy for PepsiCo Snacks category, including pricing, pack-price architecture, promotional strategy, mix development and trade terms investments
- You are developing and supervising 1 direct report.
- You are creating pricing strategy based on in-depth market & competition analyses, price elasticities, brand positioning strategiesand cost/profitability analyses.
- You are building visibility of Pack & Price changes, promo intensity & depth among competition to recommend and/or take decisions on course-correction plans in RGM / commercial strategy
- You are driving brand & product mix improvement via RGM levers (pricing/PPA/promo) and influencing on non-RGM tools (marketing plans, demand acceleration tools, commercial plans & execution).
- You are closely cooperating with Sales, DX, Marketing & Finance Teams, as well as regularly align with PepsiCo Poland Leadership Team.
- You are building RGM mentality and Best Practice sharing within the organization with focus on profitability & max the mix.
What will you bring to the team?
- Experience: minimum 7 years' experience in FMCG, including min 4 years in Revenue Growth Management & min. 2 years managerial experience.
- You are experienced in Sales / Insights as an additional advantage.
- You're university graduate.
- You have high influence & negotiation skills.
- You have commercial drive (results & solution focused, adaptable).
- You have strong financial knowledge & commercial understanding.
- You have excellent communication skills on different levels in the organization.
