About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As RGM Country Manager, you'll work closely with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to establish category and portfolio strategies that meet our Northern Europe strategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate the development of one commercial plan to deliver the Country AOP in line with category, portfolio, brand, and commercial strategy.
  2. Oversee the execution of the one commercial plan and lead the O&R process for your market remit to deliver the AOP across all channels.
  3. Measure performance against goals and identify and implement strategies to improve our performance.
  4. Partner with commercial finance, innovation, consumer marketing, shopper marketing, and category management to ensure the optimum balance of commercial Trade spend/A&P is allocated to short vs long-term growth drivers.
