Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead designated teams to achieve sales targets and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Business Planning: Create comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and pain points.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in business application software sales, experience in lead role of a team-selling environment, knowledge and experience working with Polish Central Government institutions, business level English, and Polish language fluency.
