- Team Leadership: Lead designated teams to achieve sales targets and foster a collaborative environment.
- Business Planning: Create comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and pain points.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in business application software sales, experience in lead role of a team-selling environment, knowledge and experience working with Polish Central Government institutions, business level English, and Polish language fluency.
