Key Responsibilities- Business Performance Measurement: Develop reports and dashboards to measure revenue performance, identify trends, and highlight actionable insights focused on revenue growth.
- Strategic Business Planning: Support in creating complex investment business cases with a focus on maximizing ROI and translating business strategy into relevant metrics.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed information from a planning, forecasting, and performance management perspective, delivering data insights and quickly identifying where course correction is required.
- Data Management and Quality: Be responsible for providing accurate analysis (including Ad Hoc analysis), ensuring data reliability and consistency, and acting as a voice of the segment while resolving data inconsistency queries.
- Leadership and Team Development: Act as data subject matter expert for the rest of the region, leveraging knowledge and increasing analytical capacity within the segment.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Close cross-department cooperation with other shared services: Finance, Compensation, Pricing & Profitability, Commercial, Operations.
- Commercial Acumen: A revenue-oriented individual with good commercial acumen.
- Technical Expertise: Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel, experience in writing SQL Queries (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle) and extracting large datasets.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to develop visualized data and create reports/dashboards in Excel; knowledge of dashboards creation inside PowerBI, Tableau as a plus.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience of delivering analysis and reports under tight deadlines, demonstrating high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
