We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Antal Sales & Marketing. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key national or international accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing key accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet or surpass new business revenue goals.
  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to achieve set targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • A deep understanding of the Polish motor insurance market and fluency in both Polish and English.
