Overview:

The Account Management Specialist will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in Poland. This individual must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Onboard new strategic business partners and develop relationships to drive sales growth.
  2. Support selling partners in learning and mastering Amazon's tools and systems.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Fluent English and Polish (verbal & written)
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience solving analytical problems
