About the Job

We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop customer business plans to drive sales growth
  • Develop, sell, and evaluate joint business plans with customers to deliver sales critical metrics
  • Lead your portfolio to achieve sustainable volume and value growth using trade funds
  • Demonstrate customer-specific knowledge to inform P&G initiative planning
  • Deploy multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined customer-specific value creation and in-store presence opportunities
  • Perform operational work related to day-to-day business, including volume forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, budgets management
  • Analyze and recommend new ideas to improve sales in given categories
  • Build category in-depth understanding across the team
  • Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success as a Key Account Manager ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Attitude of continuously striving for excellence and ability to take calculated risks to achieve superior results
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
  • Agility to provide clear direction to sales teams to drive best-in-store execution
  • Very good negotiation skills with proven track record of success
  • Valid driver's license (active driver)
  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
