We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Field Account Manager/Team Lead to oversee the work of other FAMs in the team. This role combines individual account management with leadership responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency, customer success, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. They will also have the ability to take initiative, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a customer-focused approach.

About the Team

Our sales team based in Warsaw is dedicated to partnering with organizations in the CEE & CIS region to address and solve complex risk problems. We are an industry-leading sales organization, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

  • Experience within the Banking, Fintech, Gaming or Corporate sectors is a plus.
