We're looking for a talented Partnership Growth Manager to join our team at PayU Payments Private Limited.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing partnership strategies that drive business growth and enhance our market presence in the EMEA region.
This includes:
- Negotiating partnership agreements and managing contract discussions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the EMEA market.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
