The Account Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business success. We are looking for a people person with a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

What You Will Do- Manage and nurture relationships with 50+ key accounts - international department stores, fashion boutiques and marketplaces ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and long-term business growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, marketing, and production—to align business goals and deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, improve customer retention, and enhance overall account performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt strategies
- 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer service or logistics, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or retail industries
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret and present data
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proven track record of managing client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-lasting partnerships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of e-commerce, wholesale, and B2B sales processes is a plus
- Experience in using CRM and ERP systems is a plus
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and creative industries is highly valued
