Job Description:- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the professional services industry
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Nordics and Europe
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Participate in professional services industry events and conferences
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, consulting, or customer success
- Understanding of different industries and markets
- A Master's degree in Business or a related field
- Proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of the professional services market in the Nordics and Europe, ideally with prior experience in a research company
- A proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts
- Strong ability to navigate complex client organizations and engage with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
