We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our team at METZ Electronics S.r.l. as a Key Account Manager.
About the Role:
As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Account Development: identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Strategic Planning: develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Contract Negotiation and Renewal: lead contract negotiations and manage contract renewals.
- Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze key account performance metrics.
- Issue Resolution: address and resolve any issues raised by key clients promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
