Senior Order-to-Cash Specialist

Welcome to 249 Discovery Polska Sp. z o., where we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Order-to-Cash Specialist to join our team
As a key member of our Order-to-Cash team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalations of Order-to-Cash activities within shared services for multiple territories in EMEA. Your primary customer account ownership will include assigned licensees and territories, retained credit management, collections, account reviews, reconciliation, disputes, and compliance. You will work closely with Global Business Services (GBS), controllership, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization to ensure global standards and improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining the overall health of Accounts Receivable and Cash balances, ensuring timely cash collection and accurate customer account reconciliation.
- Lead weekly/ad-hoc calls with BPO, supporting them with account reconciliations and escalating unresolved disputes.
- Monitor BPO's collection, invoicing, and reporting activities under their scope, reviewing and providing feedback and improvements on desktop procedures.
- Review invoice aging reports and other relevant reports to optimize cash flow.
- Contribute to the overall cash flow forecasting process, assisting with cash flow timing information.
- Release sales orders and validate pricing when required.
- Approve credit limits and review yearly credit limit requirements.
- Approve Credit notes in SAP.
- You hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of 2-3 years in Accounts Receivables field.
- You have experience with invoice collections and dispute management.
- You possess advanced Excel skills and can learn/utilize various systems and applications.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational skills.
- You have experience conducting/leading meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, taking ownership in planning and actions.
- You have working experience in a large international company.
- You are self-motivated, able to work under deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- You possess strong verbal and written English language skills; Italian language is an asset.
- A competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
