Job Summary:

The RTR Process Specialist will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for standardization and optimization, collaborating with global development & IT teams, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through the use of technology and standardized across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across RTR processes in the Global R2R team.
  • Identify opportunities for RTR process standardization and optimization across entities in Global R2R team scope.
  • Collaborate with global development & IT teams to integrate overall development roadmap initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate changes in processes and procedures to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge, including a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. ACCA or other accounting qualifications are a plus. You should also have at least 7 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in RTR in a global SSC, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance optimization projects' coordination.
