Job Description:
The RTR process specialist will be part of the Global RTR Leadership Team, reporting to the manager of Record to Report process in Fortum Financial Services based in Poland. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our end-to-end process is efficient, effective, and optimized through technology and standardized across the organization. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital transformation initiatives, process improvement strategies, and automation solutions aligned with Finance Group's strategic view.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives across RTR processes globally.
  • Identify opportunities for RTR process standardization and optimization across entities in the scope of the Global R2R team.
  • Collaborate with global development and IT teams to integrate overall development roadmap initiatives.
  • Work with global development team, business controllers, group accounting, and other key stakeholders to standardize processes across the organization and ensure seamless integration of new processes and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate changes in processes and procedures to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead change management activities for process and system enhancements in Gdansk operations in collaboration with the Development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in RTR in global SSC, with at least 2 years of experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance optimization projects' coordination. Proficiency in ERP systems and process performance management is also essential.
