Job Title: SAP HCM Area Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Area Lead to join our team at PLES DXC TECHNOLOGY POLSKA sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team to achieve excellence in service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the configuration of SAP modules and solutions in accordance with best practices and project requirements.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all system changes and maintain clear records for internal use and compliance.
  • Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP HCM.
  • Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM and PY modules.
  • Nice-to-have: SAP HCM PT/TE experience.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (in at least 2 of the areas: EC, LMS, Recruitment, PMGM).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP HR area, with a proven track record in team management or project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Good knowledge of English, German as an asset.
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
