Job Title: Plant Manager, Automotive

At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our client's automotive manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and technical staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between management and union leadership, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and negotiating collective agreements.
  • Provide regular updates, recommendations, and insights on factory operations to senior leaders and the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of experience as a production manager/plant manager in the automotive industry or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Polish citizenship and fluency in both Polish and English.
  • High standards for yourself and your team, with a drive for success.
