Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at HAYS POLAND Sp. z o.o.

This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, supply chain operations, and production scheduling to ensure smooth material flow across various plants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily material flow and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production while minimising excess inventory.
  • Analyse and manage inventory KPIs such as Inventory Turnover (INV), Days of Supply (DSI), and Stock Level Management (SLM) to improve efficiency.
  • Implement inventory control strategies, including FIFO/FEFO, safety stock planning, and warehouse optimisation.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material handling.
About the Role:
  • Lead daily production scheduling meetings, reviewing production plans, shipment status, and Manufacturing Order (MO) closure rates.
  • Ensure alignment between production plans, customer demand, and material availability.
  • Work with production teams to resolve production line disruptions and minimise downtime caused by material shortages.
