Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance/Administrator to join our Global Mobility Services team based in Krakow. This role will provide critical support to our client teams based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Set up and manage access rights to various tools and platforms.
  • Monitor email accounts and respond promptly to internal and external requests.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports based on data from multiple sources.
  • Manage internal and external billing processes.
  • Ensure accurate electronic filing of documents in our e-folder system.
  • Arrange meetings with clients and KPMG network members.
Requirements
  • Absorbent attitude with a focus on meeting client expectations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
