Young Professional Accelerator

Novartis offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to accelerate their careers through our Grow2Glow Rotation Program. As a participant, you will be part of a diverse team that shares a passion for innovation and patient-centricity. Your journey will be shaped by four key projects, each spanning 6-7 months, where you will work on various business areas such as Sales/Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, Digital & Innovation, and Business Excellence & Execution.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong ability to influence, think innovatively, and approach challenges with creativity and open-mindedness. Additionally, you should be able to adjust quickly to changing circumstances and respond flexibly to unexpected situations. Collaboration and teamwork are essential skills, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
