The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading HR transformation initiatives, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of HR technology solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- A 2:1 or above degree from a globally recognised University or Business School.
- HR qualifications, ideally CIPD Level 5 or similar.
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated individual.
