Scrum Master Senior Role

Welcome to Agile Delivery at Infotree Global Solutions.

You'll be part of our Scrum Master community where you, together with your colleagues, will be the frontrunner of Agile transformations within our organization.

As a Scrum Master Senior, you'll lead two teams of six to nine talented specialists, engineers, and architects in Agile Release Train setup.

You'll collaborate closely with the Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, other Scrum Masters, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Our team values new ideas and approaches, and we take pride in creating an environment where you can thrive and grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and guiding on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
  • Owning and facilitating Scrum processes across two teams, maintaining alignment with IT Product Line leadership.
  • Supporting the team in mitigating risks, balancing capacity, and establishing a clear overview of team deliverables and progress on operation activities.
  • Proactively addressing team issues and motivating the team to strive towards high performance and a healthy group dynamic within a distributed environment.
  • Ensuring synergy between the Product Owner, Scrum teams, and IT Product Line leadership.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a certified Scrum Master with an innovative and Agile mindset.

Key skills include:

  • Effective communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to recognize strengths within a team and employ Scrum techniques.
  • Facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to implement Agile practices and processes.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and background in Infrastructure, Security, or Identity Access Management areas.
