Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding our projects to flawless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Agile R&D projects, including implementing standard methodologies for Agile processes and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Lead the project team during preparation and execution of sprints, including chairing sprint planning, checkpoint meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with project leads and team members to ensure the success of the project.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with team members internally to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
  • Coordinate post-project reviews to improve future project performance.
  • Review and participate in the Technical Documentation Package, including coordinating Functional Specifications and reviewing Release Notes.
  • Coordinate activities with other Project Managers and the Program Manager.
  • Follow and participate in the improvement of project processes.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you shall meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of software project management or Scrum Master experience in the IT industry, leading project teams daily.
  • Proficient in both English and Polish, with a high level of written English proficiency.
  • Proficient in using Atlassian JIRA.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of GitHub and SharePoint/MS Teams is a plus.
