We are looking for a Digital Transformation Agile Coach to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building the future of Heineken.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Scrum Master experience in an IT environment, with a Bachelor or Master's degree and SCRUM certification.
You will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring Products in the Tribe and across the tribe are aligned in the Ways of Working, and promoting a collaborative culture within departments, development partners, and product teams.
Your expertise in industry agile best practices and methodologies will enable you to coach teams, identify and remove impediments, and lead workshops to increase team performance, satisfaction, and motivation.
In this role, you will work closely with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of agile ways of working in the organization.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits such as private medical healthcare, attractive performance bonus, Sodexo pre-paid card, life insurance, employee referral program, wide range of trainings, local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN, parking space, open bar once a week, and more.
