**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our DBB (Digital Backbone) transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational challenges, and ensure timely delivery against plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and leading platform deployment plans and change strategies
  • Mobilizing and collaborating with DBB Deployment, Op Co, and Global Functions to align and achieve program objectives
  • Coaching and developing project teams to improve outcomes and individual growth
  • Managing resources efficiently, prioritizing quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Energizing stakeholders through change, ensuring timely assessment of current capabilities, and closing capability gaps

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in complex cross-functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation
  • Strong understanding of change management and organizational impact strategy
  • Ability to develop a clear vision for the future, understand current setups, and identify areas for improvement
  • Functional skills in Change Management, organizational transformation, Process-oriented thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking
