About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom in Nadarzyn, PL.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quarterly capacity assessments to ensure suppliers meet Alstom's global demand.
  • Drive improvement actions stemming from audits and assessments.
  • Contribute to supplier delivery risks assessment & management before any business award.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all supply chain inputs for business awards.
  • Support crisis suppliers in capacity de-bottlenecking and capability improvement actions.
  • Train and develop new SDPMs at sites to qualify as FSCA auditor and CA auditor.
  • Provide inputs for continuous improvement of assessment procedures and tools & testing all new tools and change requests.
  • Uphold Alstom EHS policy and targets achievement.
  • Adhere to Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. You should have a degree in technical and/or supply chain engineering, with a master's degree level or equivalent. You should also have experience or understanding of lean management projects in an industrial site, knowledge of audit procedures and compliance standards, familiarity with international and multi-cultural work environments, and certification in supply chain or lean management.

You should have leadership and communication skills with an ability to influence and drive change, industrial scheduling and materials requirements planning expertise, a proven track record in supplier delivery performance management, an autonomous & rigorous work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset, an agile & responsible approach to complex problem-solving, and knowledge of English min. B2+.
