Transforming Supply Chains at British American Tobacco

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area/Category
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of digital transformation initiatives for the assigned Area
  • Facilitate and explore process simplification working with Category/Area, DRBU, Regional VSE, and SNO Transformation team
  • Review dashboards to highlight exceptions and drive/seek approval for required actions to mitigate as required
  • Creation and approval of inventory stockholding or other relevant policies within defined levels
  • Defining the relevant planning horizons; frozen, scheduling and planning

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Planning, Logistics, or NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
  • Leading small-sized, diverse teams
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good analytical and digital skills
  • A range of Supply Chain knowledge/experience (process, metrics)
  • Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
