  • We require someone to liaise with hotel management teams about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainings.
  • System issues need to be resolved by collaborating with support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support tickets.
  • Communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling, is essential.
  • Project sign-offs involve providing wrap-up and handover as per the project plan and task list.
  • Maintaining development and onboarding plans, working with Senior Associates and management, is crucial for team members.
  • Attending internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels, is necessary.
Your Profile
  • You must have superb communication skills (verbal and written).
  • You should possess an independent work ethic and collaboration skills to work as part of a team.
  • You will have organization skills to ensure process improvement and implementation integrity.
  • To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate:
  • Professional experience in Technology or related field. Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems daily is a PLUS.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or associate degree plus Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus Significant Technology related experience.
  • A consistent record of accomplishments executing customer's standard operating procedures.
  • Shown success in a customer-facing environment (i.e.: through satisfaction scores).
  • Preferred language skills - French.
