About the Role

We are seeking an open-minded individual to contribute to the expansion of Alpha footprint in Poland. As a Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for performing daily checks on file deliverables to clients and investigating discrepancies. You will also take ownership of issue resolution, engaging others to gain consensus, and monitor daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client representatives and internal/external stakeholders to aid successful delivery of service.
  • Work together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and managers.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and best practices at all times.
  • Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Actively work with other team members to build team spirit and grow as a group.
