Chapter Leader

Your role as a Chapter Leader at KRUK S.A. involves leading a high-performing team within one Chapter, fostering a collaborative environment and driving expertise and competencies within the Chapter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing the optimal allocation of resources within Squads, in collaboration with Tribe Leaders and Product Owners.
- Ensuring alignment of procedures and structures within the Chapter.
- Determining the development plan for the entire Chapter and creating individual development plans for all Chapter Members.
- Providing regular feedback, coaching, and 1:1 development discussions with Chapter Members.
- Actively increasing your own knowledge regarding Agile and your area of expertise using available resources.
- Monitoring standards, quality, and best practice implementation, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Providing optimal staffing for the Chapter to support demand through recruiting.
- Fostering empowerment and ownership among Chapter Members.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the IT field.
- Experience in a managerial/leadership position in the IT field.
- Knowledge of document management systems (Alfresco).
- Working knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR technologies.
- Ability to adjust priorities to the dynamically changing business needs of the organization.
- Ability to build relationships within the team and create an atmosphere for open communication.
- Proactive attitude, communicativeness, initiative, and independence in action.
- Knowledge of English allowing for fluent communication (minimum level B2/C1).
