Sustainability Reporting and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of the reporting framework for CSRD.
  • Actively drive the sustainability reporting and disclosure implementation for CSRD legislation applying to our European bank.
  • Ongoing responsibility for reporting and disclosure requirements related to sustainability and CSRD.
  • Collaborate with multiple contributors providing leadership and guidance on reporting standards and requirements.
  • Work in partnership with the corporate sustainability team to ensure the successful delivery of this important regulatory reporting requirement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Control, Bank reporting, or Audit with a focus on sustainability regulations.
  • Project Management Leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of sustainability regulations preferred.
