Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): As a Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will include developing a future steering logic and roadmap, aligning with Group Steering Approach and Top KPIs. You will also be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and related FTP modules, such as Data and Structures, to derive and align requirements.

About the Role: This role requires a strong understanding of controlling and financial steering best practices, particularly in KPI selection, cash flow management, and reporting. You will need excellent communication and presentation skills in a multicultural, multi-location, and senior environment.

\Main Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • You will have a general understanding of internal and external accounting, as well as Group Structure, which is essential for this role.\
  • You will possess a self-motivated mindset and be able to work within an agile, self-organised project environment.\
  • You will have several years of working experience in a Controlling Line Function or Consulting role, preferably with significant involvement in discussions with Top Management.\
  • You will continuously strive to identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, maximising time spent on value-adding activities.\
  • You will have a very good command of English, and proficiency in German or other languages is considered a plus.\

  • A Master's degree in an applied science, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, though degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, or IT are also acceptable.\
  • Excellent analytical skills and an unbiased approach to tasks are necessary for this role.\
  • Strong data visualisation skills and knowledge of finance analytic techniques are also required.\
