Our IT Transformation Journey

We're transforming our IT infrastructure into a unified, collaborative operating unit, where every team member contributes to our shared vision. This influential role will oversee part of the SAP Competence Center, ensuring project rollouts and process improvements across multiple locations worldwide.

The S/4 HANA implementation is currently underway, and your expertise will be instrumental in its success. Our supportive team awaits you in Stäfa, Switzerland, Warsaw, and Asia, where you'll work in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, customize, and configure SAP SD / TM processes and solutions
  • Drive the development of functional and system specifications
  • Assess business and application requirements
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and business process modeling
  • Configure software to business requirements
  • Develop and execute test data and tests to confirm functionality
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results in a validated environment
  • Ensure system implementation and maintenance according to GRC requirements and policies
  • Provide key-user training and user support
  • Support deployment and sustainment as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams
Your Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle implementations in SAP SD/TM modules
  • Acknowledgment of SAP standard functionalities and experience in custom development
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like ECC & S/4 HANA, Soleman, or equivalent
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Experience in Agile/DSDM project methodology
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively interacting with others
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, in exceptional cases slightly more
