Job Title: Ambitious Sales Professional Wanted

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, managing CRM tasks, and supporting the overall sales process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with CRM tools, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Engage and schedule conversations with ideal-fit prospects already in our CRM.
  • Manage CRM tasks, ensuring a clear next step and no overdue tasks.
  • Support the sales process by facilitating conversations and ensuring smooth handoffs to the Delivery and Operations teams.
  • Pick up the phone and call prospects to accelerate the sales process.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Manage inbound inquiries via HubSpot chat and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date scorecards and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with project management platforms (ClickUp is a bonus), proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, energetic, and organized.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a sales environment.
