">We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve individual revenue goals.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve individual revenue goals. Conduct needs assessments to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.">
- Manage Client Relationships: Manage relationships with clients, prospects, partners to identify new business opportunities. Present solutions to clients and negotiate contracts to close sales.">
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor and evaluate sales performance.">
- Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry conferences and events.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience in enterprise sales, at least 3+ years.">
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline.">
- Sales Fundamental Skills: Exceptional sales fundamental skills including needs diagnosis, storytelling, objection handling, negotiation skills, answering difficult questions, and navigating the process to close business.">
- Presentation and Communication Skills: Superior presentation and communication skills.">
- Language Skills: Fluent English both: written and spoken. German, French, and other languages would be considered as an advantage.">
- Knowledge of Enterprise Software: Knowledge of enterprise software system sales, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or Oracle.">
- Knowledge of ISP Systems: Knowledge of ISP systems and AI capabilities.">
- Project Lifecycle: Knowledge of all phases of project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, prioritization, testing, and defect resolution.">
