The Customer Intelligence team at SAS is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help customers evaluate their Customer Experience strategies and modernize their Customer Engagement solutions. This role involves understanding business challenges, presenting SAS solutions, and building relationships with key accounts in the European market.

Job Description:

  1. Engage with targeted customers and prospect accounts to position SAS Marketing solutions.
  2. Develop strategies to modernize customer engagement for strategic clients.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  4. Provide expertise in industry, business, and marketing technology to close deals.
  5. Support lead-generation activities and integrate strategies into account plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in solution selling within enterprise software or marketing technology.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: understand customer goals, identify value drivers, and present to executives confidently.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, software acquisition cycles, and territory dynamics.
  • Language fluency in Polish and English.
