We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of conversational AI and automation software in Switzerland. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and qualification.
  • Connect with ideal customer profiles via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to drive sales growth.
  • Use proven techniques such as BANT to qualify leads and assess opportunity potential.
  • Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demos for our AEs to facilitate deal closure.
  • Engage with inbound leads promptly, including website inquiries, webinar sign-ups, and marketing-generated leads.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German or Swiss-German and English is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is mandatory, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to succeed in this position.
  • Strong pitching, convincing, and closing skills are necessary to meet your targets.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of generating successful leads.
