Human4Human Recruitment is a leading Polish company with nearly 20 years of tradition, seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the expansion of its services in German-speaking markets.
Job Description- Acquire key contractors and negotiate cooperation agreements in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
- Oversee the recruitment process in collaboration with local recruiters, including coordinating employee onboarding in the assigned region.
- Organize accommodation for employees or supervise those responsible for this process.
- Ensure the stability and long-term growth of the company's operations in the German market, including cost control.
- Monitor labour law regulations and other legal requirements in Germany.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, advising on optimal employment conditions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service sales in German-speaking countries and/or the Netherlands.
- In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market and an extensive network of contacts in the DACH region.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
- An attractive base salary of 15,000–20,000+ PLN gross per month for the first six months, with the possibility of a raise based on results.
- Employment contract, B2B, or management contract, according to the Candidate's preferences.
- Performance-based bonuses, reflecting the level of goal achievement set in collaboration with the Board.
