The Job
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing our robust project management structure. You will ensure that projects are executed smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes, and develop and implement communication strategies to keep team members informed and engaged.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing project phases to ensure smooth execution and achievement of intended outcomes
- Ensuring stakeholder engagement and addressing concerns through effective communication
- Leading project teams, including project sponsors, project management teams, and process experts
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide feedback
- Identifying and managing risks, assessing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
The Ideal Candidate
- A Master's degree (MA) or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager in an SSC/BPO environment
- Experience in project management in an international environment
- Presentation skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Very good communication skills
- Stakeholders' management skills
- Change management skills
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing environments
- Fluent English
